The Spotsylvania Board of Supervisors Candidates participated in a spirited discussion of the future of the County at the Candidates Forum sponsored by the Spotsylvania Chapter of the NAACP, John J Wright Center, Spotsylvania Education Association, and Delta Sigma Theta.
