Faith In Housing Bills pass the Virginia House and Senate

Faith In Housing Bill pass the Virginia House and Senate. On the very last day of Session the Bill came out of Conference Committee.  The report confirmed there would be no enactment clause.  No Delay in the effect date once Governor Spanberger signs the Bill into law. The only provision is the law be reviewed in 4 years.
