Phil Scott was reelected in HD District 63. He represents parts of Spotsylvania and Orange Counties. His campaign website mentions Upholding Traditional Christian and Conservative values. Fighting for the rights of the unborn, affordable and transparent Health Care, more educational choices for families including vouchers, improved services for veterans, and cuts to wasteful spending and tax cuts at the state level.
Phillip was born in New Jersey, and is one of 5 siblings. He also lived for a few years in Maine, but his family moved to Virginia while he was in high school and it has remained his home for nearly 25 years. He has primarily lived in the Stafford, Spotsylvania, and Fredericksburg area.
Presently, he is a background investigator for the federal government. He is married and has five daughters.
