FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Family-run Locust Grove company pairs a manufacturer upgrade with six-figure cumulative giving and ongoing support for SPARSH, which rescues women and children from sex trafficking in India; owner Tim Zello still answers the phone.

LOCUST GROVE, Va. (Sept. 29, 2026) — Ask Zello Roofing (Ask Luke Zello, LLC) announced it has been upgraded to GAF Certified Plus, expanding the GAF system warranties it can offer Central Virginia homeowners — while continuing community giving the family says is central to the business.

"We're a small family company, and that hasn't changed," said Rev. Tim Zello, owner. "I still answer the phone. When you call (540) 406-3589, you're talking to us — not a call center. Certified Plus matters for warranties, but treating people right and giving back still come first."

Ask Zello Roofing gives $1,000 a month to SPARSH in Pune, India — a home that rescues women and children from sex trafficking in India — support that has included a brand-new van. The company also supports Jewels 4 God International and Beauty for Ashes Women and Children's Home in Spotsylvania County. Cumulatively, Ask Zello Roofing says its giving has reached six figures.

Based in Lake of the Woods — where Tim and his family have lived for about 27 years (they rented their first year, then bought in 2000) — the Class A contractor (license #2705164508) serves Locust Grove, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Orange, Culpeper, and nearby communities. The family team includes Tim (owner), Luke Zello (sales), and Jordan Riley (operations manager; Marine veteran). The LLC has been active since 2015 and was a Nextdoor Neighborhood Fave in 2023 and 2024.
