Community Information Sessions About The 2026 Bond Referendum

Each year, Spotsylvania County prepares a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) to fund future projects. On November 3, 2026, citizens will be asked to vote on the use of General Obligation (GO) Bonds to finance County projects. These projects include Environmental and Solid Waste, Public Safety, the Schools, and Transportation.

Informational Meetings:

Informational meetings will be conducted over the coming months to provide citizens with an opportunity to learn more about the projects and ask questions. Please see below the schedule for upcoming events.
