What are the Three Most Important Isssues in Virginia this year?

1. We MUST be committed to meeting and funding a needs-based budget for our public education system.  A nation without a strong, well-lead and well resources Public education system will soon find itself a failed nation. 
2. We can no longer be a county that doesn't proactively commit to improving the transportation system of roads, bridges, connectors, and public transport options.  Commerce, safety, and quality of life depend on our finally being proactive. 
3. We MUST prioritize economic development.   Spotsylvania county is far too close and too integral to the Nation's capital to continue to have a "slow grow" or "no grow" policy paradigm.
