Area Girl’s Basketball Teams Advance To The Regional And State Tournaments

• Chancellor High School 

The Chargers qualified for postseason play in the VHSL Battlefield Region but did not advance past the regional tournament. They lost a key regional playoff game late in February (around Feb 24) to Powhatan High School 50–58

Courtland 

In the VHSL Class 4 girls regional playoffs:

• Result: Courtland was eliminated in the regional quarterfinal round.
