The Revised Map For All Of Virginia’s Congressional Districts.

Over the last months of 2025 to early 2026 this revised map of all of Virginia’s Congressional Districts was approved by the General Assembly, signed by Governor Spanberger, the Republicans took it to the Supreme Court, and the VA Supreme Court is allowing the citizens of Virginia to vote on the map in a Special Election. 

Why is this occurring?

Since President Trump returned the White House over a year ago he has influenced a number of State Legislatures redraw state Congressional District maps so Republicans remain in the majority through the Congressional Mid Term elections in November of this year.   

This most recent poll above shows VA voters wanting to do this. They want counteract against 

what other lawmakers in other states doing rewriting districts which is form of Gerrymandering. 

When will the referendum take place in VA?

In Va,  early voting will take place for 45 Days from March 6-April 20. The Election Day for Voters to approve or disapprove the referendum will be held Tuesday April 21, 2022. The early voting  in Spotsylvania will take place at the same location where it has taken place over last few years. The location is 10300 Spotsylvania Ave Suite 101 Fredericksburg VA 22408.  The Parking and building entrance are in the back of the Building.
