A Wonderful Dinning Experience! The Menu offers a wide variety of Mexican dishes that my husband and I got used to eating at the old El Patron Restaurant nearby in the Village of Spotsylvania Courthouse. All of the dishes are well made full of fresh ingredients. Never had a bad meal there.
The restaurant is little more expensive than it was at the old location.
It is on the other hand a much larger restaurant with many more tables. A very friendly atmosphere. If you go early enough it is not crowded at all. Lots of parking. Get there early and you will not a wait.

I enjoy any kinds of Fajitas, Carnitas, and Jalisco Especial. The tortillas are always fresh. Good prices on Margaritas as well as Beer, Wine, Alcoholic, and Non Alcoholic Beverages.
If you want to visit a Mexican restaurant on Lake Anna go to the El Gran Patron in Bumpass. It is well worth it. The same menu and service you would expect from the other Restaurant.
The difference is on a summer evening you can eat Dinner on the patio and have a fantastic Sunset over the Lake.
